Story Night at Saint Elizabeth’s

The lovely Saint Elizabeth’s Church in Ashley recently hosted a night of storytelling, organised by storytelling reverend, Robin Pye.

It was a fun night of stories, origami and singing! And they invited her back despite the singing!

St Elizabeth’s has an exciting programme of events and Christmas services  coming up. Here’s a taster but you can go to their website for more details:

Thursday 24th November . 7.45pm at St Elizabeth’s Church. The cultural programme continues with a concert given by the St. Peter’s Light Orchestra. Entrance is free but there is a bowl for donations.
Saturday 26th November at 7.30pm. Riding Lights Theatre company are coming to St Peter’s Church Hale with ‘Simeon’s Watch’ a performance of a humourous and touching story about a family coping with a family member who has Alzheimers. Sunday 18th December at 4pm. Christingle service and child-friendly nativity story at St Elizabeth’s Church, Ashley
Saturday 24th December at 11.30pm. Midnight Mass at St Elizabeth’s Church Ashley. Priest and storyteller, Robin Pye, presiding.
